- Ingredients:
- 800 gr.beef steak;
- 100 gr.smoked ham;
- 1 fresh green pepper;
- 100 gr.marinated champignons;
- 100 gr.cheese;egg;onion;
- 50 ml.yogurt;
- 50 ml.ketchup;
- 50 ml.white wine;
- 1 spoon of mustard;
- chilli pepperoni;
- parsley;
- oil;
- salt and pepper.
- Preparation:
Then add the marinated champignons,mustard,ketchup,
chopped chilli pepperoni,yogurt,white wine,
2 spoons of flour and 200 ml.water.
Salt and pepper refine.At the end add chopped parsley.
Each steaks salt, put a piece of smoked ham and cheese.
Roll each peace and solidify with toothpick.
Fry rolls in a pan with hot oil.
- Serving:
Garnish with mashed potatoes, boiled peas and corn.
