Beef steaks with cheese

  • Ingredients:
4 beef steaks;1 green pepper;2 tomatoes;onion; 4 cloves of garlic;
3 eggs;200 gr cheese;breadcrumbs;flour;olive oil;salt and pepper.
  • Preparation:
At first,mix the eggs.Roll every beef steak in flour,then in mixed eggs
and at the end in breadcrumbs.
Fry the steaks in a pan with hot olive oil.
In another pan with heated olive oil fry the
chopped onion and garlic,
then add sliced pepper into strips and grated tomatoes.
Put the steaks in a ceramic pan and pour with
the fried mixture,then add
pieces of cheese and bake.
Bake 20 min.temperature of 482 degrees F (250 degrees C).
  • Serving:
The steaks can be served with french fries,cooked rise or some other cooked vegetables.
Decorate with parsley or dill.
