!!! SWEET POTATO CAKE !!!

• Ingredients:

1 kg.boiled potatoes;250 gr.butter;250 gr.powdered sugar;
300 gr.chocolate;300 gr.walnuts;300 gr.jelly candies;4 egg yolks;
vanilla and whipped cream for decorating.

• Preparation:

Mash the potatoes.Mix butter with sugar and egg yolks and than 
add melted chocolate.Once well mixed,add walnuts (chopped),
jelly candies (chopped) and vanilla.Mix it well and add it to the
mashed potatoes.Mix until smooth,shape it and decorate the cake
with whipped cream.

• Alternative:

You can also decorate it with sugar flowers.
