BANANA CAKE

• Ingredients for the dough:

6 eggs;6 spoons of sugar;6 spoons of flour;baking powder.

• Ingredients for cream:

4 egg yolks;12 spoons of sugar;5 full spoons of flour;125gr.butter;

1l.milk;vanilla.

1kg.bananas

• Preparation of the dough:

Mix the eggs than slowly add the sugar,flour and  baking powder.

Mix until mixture becomes homogeneous.Than put in a pan and bake.

• Preparation of the cream:

Mix the egg yolks and sugar,than add the flour,butter and mix.

While mixing the cream,let the milk simmer and when its done,

slowly add the cream and mix until thicken,add the vanilla and let cool.

• Preparation of the cake:

Cut the dough into two parts along.Put cream on the first piece of dough,

than put cropped length bananas.Repeat with the second piece of dough.

At the end the cake decorate with whipped cream and banana circles.
