❦ OHRID BOAT ❦ -Stuffed eggplants-


  • Ingredients:
  1. 2 big eggplants;
  2. 250 gr.pork minced meat;
  3. 200 gr.mushrooms;
  4. ketchup;
  5. onion;
  6. oil;
  7. spices;salt.
  • Preparation:
Cut the eggplants into halves,then carve the insides
with a spoon.
In a pan, brown the onions with the meat,then add the
chopped insides of the eggplants.Then add mushrooms,
ketchup and spices.Then fry it.After it's fried,stuff
the eggplants,arrange them in a roasting pan.
Bake them 1 hour temperature of 302 degrees F (150 degrees C).

  • Serving:
Put the pieces of stuffed eggplants in a serving plate.
Decorate with grated cheese and parsley
or optionally with something else.
