Ingredients:
600 gr.steak; 150 gr.smok
Preparation:
(before you start,steak should stand 24 hours in refrigerator smeared with mustard).
Put finely chopped onion in the heated oil to be fried.Add chopped
chicken liver and champignons,then add 100 ml.white wine and leave to simmer.
Later add chopped parsley and salt.
Cut the beef steak into large pieces and put to fry at heated oil and melted butter.
Then add 100 ml.white wine and tomato sauce and leave to simmer.
Grill the slices of bacon.
Serving:
Put the pieces of bacon on a plate then put the steak on them.
Around them put a mixture of chicken liver and mushrooms, parsley and onion.
Then pour boiled sauce over the steak slices.
At the end cover with grated cheese.
