Lingvini Beef steak

  • Ingredients:
  1. 800 gr.beef steak
  2. 400 gr.spaghetti
  3. 2 green peppers
  4. 1 red pepper
  5. 1 eggplant
  6. 2 zucchini
  7. butter
  8. peeled sunflower seeds
  9. peeled pumpkin seeds
  10. 100 ml.red wine
  11. oil
  12. salt and pepper
  • Preparation:
Cut off ends zucchini and eggplant.
Then cut zucchini into thin slices lengthwise.
Do the same with eggplant.
Cut through the middle of the peppers top to bottom.
Remove stems and seeds.
Brush lightly with oil the pieces of vegetables.
Place on grill,turning every minute.
Cut the beef steak in a small pieces and put them
in a pan with melted butter to fry.

Add the grilled vegetables (chopped) in a pan with beef steak.
Then add the pealed sunflower and pumpkin seeds,
salt,pepper and red wine.Stir-fry 15 minutes.
Put the boiled spaghetti on a serving plate
and put on them fried steak with vegetables.

❧ Count steak ❧

  • Ingredients:
  1. 800 gr.beef steak;
  2. 100 gr.smoked ham;
  3. 1 fresh green pepper;
  4. 100 gr.marinated champignons;
  5. 100 gr.cheese;egg;onion;
  6. 50 ml.yogurt;
  7. 50 ml.ketchup;
  8. 50 ml.white wine;
  9. 1 spoon of mustard;
  10. chilli pepperoni;
  11. parsley;
  12. oil;
  13. salt and pepper.
  • Preparation:
Put in a pan chopped onion and green pepper and fry.
Then add the marinated champignons,mustard,ketchup,
chopped chilli pepperoni,yogurt,white wine,
2 spoons of flour and 200 ml.water.
Salt and pepper refine.At the end add chopped parsley.
Each steaks salt, put a piece of smoked ham and cheese.
Roll each peace and  solidify with toothpick.
Fry rolls in a pan with hot oil.
  • Serving:
Put the steaks on a serving plate and pour with sauce.
Garnish with mashed potatoes, boiled peas and corn.

Beef steaks with cheese

  • Ingredients:
4 beef steaks;1 green pepper;2 tomatoes;onion; 4 cloves of garlic;
3 eggs;200 gr cheese;breadcrumbs;flour;olive oil;salt and pepper.
  • Preparation:
At first,mix the eggs.Roll every beef steak in flour,then in mixed eggs
and at the end in breadcrumbs.
Fry the steaks in a pan with hot olive oil.
In another pan with heated olive oil fry the
chopped onion and garlic,
then add sliced pepper into strips and grated tomatoes.
Put the steaks in a ceramic pan and pour with
the fried mixture,then add
pieces of cheese and bake.
Bake 20 min.temperature of 482 degrees F (250 degrees C).
  • Serving:
The steaks can be served with french fries,cooked rise or some other cooked vegetables.
Decorate with parsley or dill.

STUFFED BEEF TONGUE

  • Ingredients:
  1. 1 beef tongue;
  2. 250 gr.smoked bacon;
  3. 250 gr.pork neck;
  4. 200 gr.champignons;
  5. 200 ml.sour cream;
  6. parsley;
  7. pepper grains;
  8. laurel leaves;
  9. oil;
  10. salt and pepper.
  • Preparation:
Boil the beef tongue with laurel leaves and pepper.
Boil for 2 hours.
Cut the smoked bacon and pork neck
into cubes and fry them.
Add chopped mushrooms, chopped parsley,
salt and pepper and mix.
Peel and cut the cooked beef tongue in half lengthwise.
Then carve the insides with a knife.
Cut the insides of the beef tongue and add them in a pan
with the smoked bacon and pork neck.
After it's fried,stuff the two halves of beef tongue.
Unite the two halves and wrap them with bacon.
Then tie them with cooking string and arrange them
in a roasting pan.Pour with soup and bake
30 min.temperature of 392 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Once ready,remove from pan and remove the cooking string.
Put the remaining liquid from the roasting pan in a frying pan
Add sour cream and chopped parsley and mix.
  • Serving:
At first put the remaining mixture,which fill the beef tongue,
then put the two halves of beef tongue.
Pour with sauce the pieces of beef tongue
and decorate with parsley.

Beef steak "MARIO DEL MONACO"

Ingredients:
600 gr.steak; 150 gr.smok 
Preparation:
(before you start,steak should stand 24 hours in refrigerator smeared with mustard).
Put finely chopped onion in the heated oil to be fried.Add chopped 
chicken liver and champignons,then add 100 ml.white wine and leave to simmer.
Later add chopped parsley and salt.
Cut the beef steak into large pieces and put to fry at  heated oil and melted butter.
Then add 100 ml.white wine and tomato sauce and leave to simmer.
Grill the slices of bacon.

Serving:
Put the pieces of bacon on a plate then put the steak on them.
Around them put a mixture of chicken liver and mushrooms, parsley and onion. 
Then pour boiled sauce over the steak slices.
At the end cover with grated cheese.
