250 gr.tortellini; 250 ml. tomatillo sauce; 200 gr.cheese; parsley; garlic; oil; salt and pepper. Preparation:
Put tortellini in a large pot,pour with water and bring them to boil.Simmer uncovered for 30.min.Then drain them.Fry chopped garlic in a frying pan,add tomatillo sauce and simmer an additional 15 min.over low heat. Then add chopped parsley and mix.
Serve poured with sauce and garnished with grated cheese.
