CHOCOLATE CAKE

• Ingredients for the dough:

6 eggs (3 egg yolks for dough - 3 egg yolks for cream);

6 spoons of flour;6 spoon of sugar;2 spoons of cocoa;baking powder.

• Ingredients for the cream:

200 ml.milk;200 gr.sugar;300 gr.chocolate;250 gr.butter.

• Preparation of the dough:

Mix the eggs and sugar,then add  the flour cocoa and 

baking powder. Mix until mixture becomes homogeneous.

Than put in a pan and bake.

• Preparation of the cream:

Put in pot on fire to simmer milk sugar and chocolate

and when its done let cool.Then mix the butter and 3 egg yolks.

When the cream is cold,mix with butter and egg yolks until

mixture becomes homogeneous.

• Preparation of the cake:

Cut the dough into three parts along.Put cream on every piece of dough.

At the end decorate the cake with melted chocolate and sugar flowers.
