"Royal stuffed carp"

  • Ingredients:
  1. 1 carp;
  2. 2 carrots; 
  3. 2 onions;
  4. 5 cloves of garlic;
  5. 1 lemon;
  6. parsley; 
  7. 200 ml.white wine;
  8. oil; 
  9. spices;
  10. salt and pepper.
  • Preparation:
Mix the grated lemon zest with grated garlic,oil and spice.
Wash and clean the carp from the inner and outer side.
Then cut it in several places and varnish it with marinade.
Fry in a pan with the chopped onion and grated carrots,
then add grated parsley, garlic, white wine and spices.
Fill the carp with the contents of the pan.
After that,put the carp in an oiled pan
and add the remaining content.
In frying pan add white wine, oil and lemon juice.
With this mixture pour the carp.
Prepare oven to 428 degrees F (220 degrees C) and bake 1 hour.
  • Serving:
Put the cooked potato pieces in a serving bowl
then put carp on them.
Decorate with tomato slices and parsley.
