Stuffed pork tenderloin

  • Ingredients:
800 gr.pork tenderloin;150 gr.smoked bacon;
250 gr.minced beef meat;2 green peppers;1 potato;
150 gr.cheese;1 egg;200 ml.sour cream;
2 cloves of garlic;parsley;spices;oil;salt and pepper.

 
  • Preparation:
In the bowl of minced meat add sliced ​​smoked bacon, cheese,garlic, chopped pepper and parsley.Then add spices, salt, pepper and 1 egg.Mix the mixture until smooth.
  
 
Grind the pork tenderloin,inflict spices
then salt and refine pepper.On the meat pour the mixture of minced meat and roll.Wrap the roll in aluminum foil and put it in a pan.Bake for an hour on a temperature of 392 degrees of F (200 degrees of C).



Serving:  
Cut the baked roll into pieces  
and arrange on a plate.Decorate the pieces of roll with sour cream and parsley.Serve red wine with this specialty.

Pork knees with BEER

  • Ingredients:
  1. 2 pork knees;
  2. 500 ml.beer;
  3. 2 strand hauling leek;
  4. 3 carrots;
  5. 2 onions;
  6. 100 gr.celery root;
  7. 100 gr.butter;
  8. dill;
  9. oil;
  10. salt and pepper.
  • Preparation:
Pig knees salts, refine with dill and pepper,fry in a pan with hot oil and melted butter.Cut the carrots, onions, leeks and celery root and add to the pan where the fried pig knees.Salt,pepper refine and add 250 ml.beer.
Then put the pig knees in an ovenproof dish and bake them.
Bake 90 min.temperature of 392 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Put in a pot vegetables(mashed) to boil.Add 250 ml.beer into the pot with the mashed mixture.Boil 10 min.
  • Serving:
The pork knees put in a serving plate.Then pour boiled sauce over the pork knees.May be served with puree or cooked rice.Decorate optionally with tomato slices,parsley,grated cheese.
