Chicken steak with peanuts

  • Ingredients:
400 gr.chicken steak;50 gr.peanuts;
a red pepper;green pepper;
onion;grated nutmeg;100 gr.rise;
flour;soy sauce;grated ginger;
a spoon of sherry liqueur;oil;
salt and pepper.

Preparation:
Cut the chicken steak and put in a ceramic pan,then
pour with sherry liquer,add grated nutmed and
grated ginger.Leave the steak flavored,
while preparing the remaining ingredients.

Fry the peanuts in a pan with hot oil,then add the soy sauce and turn off the heat.
Cut the onion in small pieces
and red and green pepper 
into strips,then fry them in a pan with hot oil.Add salt and pepper, then add previously fried peanuts in soy sauce.
 


Once you are finished with this,fry the steak in a pan with hot oil, 
add a spoon of flour and 100 ml.water,then flip it until it's nicely fried. 
               Add fried peanuts,onion and peppers and mix them.



Arrange the chicken steak on previously boiled rise
 and decorate with french parsley.

EXOTIC CHICKEN WITH YOGURT

  • Ingredients:
1 Chick;4 tomatoes;200 gr.cheese;1 green pepper;
200 ml.yogurt;2 cloves of garlic;spices;oil;
salt and pepper.

  • Preparation:
Cut chick in two piece,then remove the wings.
Refine with salt and pepper, then fry.
Boil chicken wings soup with spice.

Put the fried chicken in a ceramic baking pan.
Fry grated tomatoes,chopped pepper and garlic,
then pour the soup, add grated cheese and yogurt.

After it is fried,put the contents in a roasting pan.
Bake 30 min. at a temperature of 446 degrees F (230 degrees C).

  • Serving:
Put the chicken pieces on a plate for serving.
Decorate with fresh vegetables.
(You can add boiled rice or boiled potatoes)
